Udon is a noodle eaten for a long time in Japan. It is made from wheat, and we eat by putting it in soy sauce soup.
The Sanuki-udon is the most famous udon in Japan with the feature with a
strong texture of which the origin is Kagawa Prefecture.
This noodle is becoming popular most now though several noodles are in
Japan, and the popularity will not go out of use in the future.
